1st annual China Banking Risk Management International Summit 2008 held in Beijing China, Nov 25th---26th, 2008 was China’s
largest banking risk management event across various risk types: credit risk, operation risk, market risk, liquidity risk and compliance risk. The
event focused on Basel II implementation as well as practice and the impact of U.S Subprime Crisis on current financial market as well as the
measures which should be taken by banking practitioners. The significant event was organized by the world’s leading information provider

The event attracted nearly 150 attendees. Over 100 of them were from China’s leading banks. 25 of China’s top 30 banks, 8 city commercial
banks and 12 multinational large banks attended, such as ICBC, CCB, BOC, BANKCOMM, CMB, SDB, SPD Bank, CITIC Bank, Tianjin City
Commercial Bank, Bank of Beijing, Citigroup, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank and etc. They proactively exchanged ideas
and discussed about key issues regarding banking risks and sought the solutions to specific problems faced by Chinese banks. 8 sponsors &
